The Leadshine HBS1108S is a high-voltage digital easy servo drive designed for 86 series hybrid stepper motors. It uses a 32-bit DSP and advanced vector closed-loop control technology to completely eliminate step loss while significantly improving high-speed performance, reducing motor heating and vibration. The drive accepts AC 60–110V input and provides adjustable output current from 0 to 8A. With a 200 kHz pulse response frequency and microstep settings from 200 to 51200, it delivers precise motion control for CNC routers, engraving machines, cutting machines, and other automation equipment. The HBS1108S also features over-current, over-voltage, and tracking error protection, along with a six-digit LED display for easy parameter setting and monitoring .
